If you decide to rent a room or coworking in WORKIN, you gain more than just a modern office for yourself or your team. A professionally operating reception will be the showcase of your company. We will take care of guests who you will invite to your office, we will transfer incoming calls and handle your incoming and outgoing mail. You can use your office all year round (24/365). The central reception office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

WORKIN has various-size rooms that can accommodate up to 12 people. Tenants can also purchase coworking places for even one person.

Yes. You can rent a parking space in an underground garage in the office building and a ground space located in the immediate vicinity of the building. You can also use the municipal parking lot on Podwale Street.

We love cyclists! We have bicycle stands in the building area.

WORKIN has 6 conference rooms accommodating 3 – 40 people. Depending on the number of rooms or workplaces you rent, you will receive a certain allotment conference room hours to use. Reservations are made at the WORKIN reception. One of the rooms does not require a reservation and is available to everyone for an unlimited time. In addition, WORKIN has a very large Chill-out Zone and a café where you can also hold company meetings (no limits).

Of course, you can invite guests and use conference rooms or the Chill-out Zone.

Coworking in WORKIN costs PLN 599 per month, while room prices vary depending on the number of workstations and start from EUR 1,100 per month per room. The price includes access to conference rooms, Internet, unlimited drinks, charges for utilities, cleaning service, professional reception staff and numerous other benefits, which you can read about in the OFFER section.

WORKIN has an event space for up to 150 people, a café and a bar with full sanitary facilities and six conference rooms.

You can organize training sessions, presentations, business breakfasts, prize-giving galas, and even after-party events or fashion shows.

WORKIN will surprise you with a large common space, remarkable design and excellent working conditions. Each room (no exceptions) has access to daylight, a window that can be opened, individually zoned air-condition and blinds. Rooms and conference rooms are exceptionally quiet, so you can focus on the work when you need it, and if you prefer a nice café buzz, you will like the common zone where you will be surrounded by nice music.

WORKIN provides a broad-band WI-FI Internet. Each room has a LN network as well to connect computers. For more demanding customers, we create their own custom Hot Spots for each company.

The office building Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage provides a 24-hr security and monitoring. Access to WORKIN is only possible through the reception or with a personal badge. WORKIN also has its own monitoring and each room is locked.
