Your post scanned, your calls answered, in Warsaw
Workin’s Mail & Phone plan gives your company a registered address at Castle Square, mail handled by our reception with up to 150 scans a month, and a landline that reception answers or forwards to your phone. 339 zł net a month.
- Same-day mail notice
- 150 scans a month
- 120 forwarding minutes

If your company is registered in Warsaw and you are not, two things need someone on the ground: the letters that arrive at the registered address and the calls to a Polish number. Mail & Phone covers both from our reception at ul. Senatorska 2.
Here is how each one works day to day, what it costs, and when the cheaper Basic plan is enough. For the legal side of a virtual office, read our virtual office guide.

Two ways to handle your calls
You choose how the line works for your company.
Reception answers
- A client dials your Warsaw number
- Workin’s reception answers the call for your company
Best for: a company whose clients expect a person on a Polish line during business hours. Reception works 8:00 to 18:00 on business days, and our team speaks English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish.
Forwarded to you
- A client dials your Warsaw number
- The call is forwarded automatically to your phone
Best for: a founder who wants to take calls personally. The first 120 forwarding minutes each month are included, then 0.10 zł net per minute.
| Forwarded minutes a month | Extra cost | How |
|---|---|---|
| 120 minutes | 0 zł | Included in the plan |
| 300 minutes | 18 zł net | 180 extra minutes x 0.10 zł |
| 600 minutes | 48 zł net | 480 extra minutes x 0.10 zł |
Our arithmetic from Workin’s published rate: 120 forwarding minutes included, then 0.10 zł net per minute.
Mail & Phone or Basic?
- Registered address and mail handling
- Same-day email notice
- Scans 2 zł net per letter
- No phone line
- Everything in Basic
- Up to 150 scans a month, then 2 zł
- Landline answered or forwarded
- 120 forwarding minutes
The difference is 100 zł net a month, the price of 50 scans on Basic. If you receive more than about 50 letters a month, or you want a Polish number, Mail & Phone costs less than Basic plus scans. Paid upfront for a year, the plans cost 2,599 and 3,699 zł net; open-ended contracts with one month’s notice cost 259 and 369 zł. Prices exclude 23% VAT.
Rules worth knowing before you choose
Letters from criminal courts and items marked for personal delivery need the addressee in person. Reception takes the notice and tells you to collect the item at Post Office no. 40, Rynek Starego Miasta 15.
Parcels up to 5 kg and 60 x 60 x 60 cm are accepted. Flammable, perishable, dangerous or prohibited goods are refused.
Public bodies write to your company’s electronic delivery address (e-Doręczenia). Reception handles everything that arrives on paper.
Items are kept for 180 days. After that Workin may dispose of them, so set up bulk forwarding.
