A hot desk is the cheapest way to work from a real office in Warsaw, and the easiest to overpay for. Day passes, visit packs and monthly memberships are priced so differently that the cheapest choice depends almost entirely on one number: how many days a month you will actually come in.
We collected every hot desk and day pass price that Warsaw operators publish on their own websites, checked in September 2026, and put them into a calculator. Move the slider and the list re-sorts.

Operator websites, read 25 September 2026. *Tu Lubię’s price card says 95 zł, and an FAQ on the same page says 80 zł. Mindspace, Spaces, Business Link and The Shire do not publish hot desk prices. Regus’s 22-23 zł daily rates apply to 24-month contracts and are left out.
Day pass, visit pack or monthly desk?
Work out your days first, then the product. With Cluster’s prices, for example, the monthly hot desk (850 zł) becomes cheaper than day passes (85 zł) at 10 days a month.
Pay only when you come. Published day prices run from 50 zł net at CitySpace’s Beethovena and Park Rozwoju sites to about 160 zł at Brain Embassy and Spokospot.
Cluster sells 10 visits for 550 zł net within 30 days, Tu Lubię 8 days a month for 600 zł net, and Spokospot 8 visits over two months for 1,099 zł net.
Gold Place starts at 599 zł net, Cluster at 850 zł net, Brain Embassy from 1,000 zł net, WeWork at 1,439 zł and CIC at 1,700 zł.
Your own desk and storage: Gold Place 750 zł net, Cluster 1,850 zł net (1,350 zł on a longer contract), Brain Embassy open space plus 500 zł net.
No desk, a registered address and mail: Workin’s starts at 239 zł net a month (prices here).

Field notes for your first day
Small things that decide whether your first day goes smoothly.
Many spaces register you in their access system at first check-in. Have a passport or ID card and the payment card you booked with.
Polish invoices now go through the national e-invoicing system, KSeF, mandatory for all businesses since April 2026. Foreign companies receive theirs by an agreed route, often as a PDF. Give the exact company name and tax number when you book.
Business prices are usually quoted net, and 23% VAT is added on top. A 100 zł net day pass costs 123 zł at the till.
If you want a window seat or a desk near the phone booths, come early. Mid-morning is when the good spots go.
Bringing a client or collaborator may need a paid visitor pass or a meeting room. Ask before the day, and not at the door.
Try the Wi-Fi at 11:00, count the phone booths and find the quiet zone before you buy a month.

Are hot desk prices in Poland net or gross?
Usually net, with 23% VAT added. Brain Embassy’s day pass is quoted gross, and WeWork, Regus and CIC do not say, so ask before comparing.
Can I hot-desk by the hour in Warsaw?
Yes. Gold Place publishes 15 zł net an hour, Regus from 16 zł, and Workin books desks and offices by the hour with the price shown at booking.
Do I need to book a day pass in advance?
It depends on the space. Booking ahead guarantees entry at busy spaces, and CitySpace, WeWork and Workin all take online bookings.
