- Address from PLN 239 net
- Contracts in English
When you arrive in Warsaw, you probably need three things from a workspace: a desk that works on day one, an address the Polish authorities accept, and a way to meet people outside their own team.
This guide takes them one at a time and adds what newcomers ask us most: invoices, languages and how to get here. For a comparison of operators across the city, see our guide to coworking spaces in Warsaw.

Getting to Workin

Airport travel time and lines: Chopin Airport and WTP; fares: WTP tariff. Walking distances from Senatorska 2 routed on OpenStreetMap data, 80 m a minute.
A registered address for your company
You may need an address before you need a desk. This is how it works at Workin.
- Pick a planA virtual office gives your company the Senatorska 2 address, mail collection and scans: Basic from PLN 239 net a month on a 12-month plan, or Mail & Phone from PLN 339 with a landline.
- Sign, even before the company existsYou can sign while the company is in formation. Workin checks ID documents because Polish AML law treats address providers as obliged institutions.
- Register the companyUse the address in KRS or CEIDG. Workin issues an address certificate for banks and counterparties. Steps and fees are in our company setup guide.
- Run it from WarsawYou get an email the day a letter arrives, and scans as PDF on request. Tax offices check that a company really operates, so keep board decisions and meetings traceable to Warsaw.
More detail in our virtual office guide.
Meeting people
Workin describes its coworking as a place where people from different industries meet in the kitchen, the chill zone and at shared events. If you want to host your own meetup, there are rooms for 8 to 40 people and an event space for up to 150.
Field notes for your first week
Since April 2026 most Polish businesses issue invoices in KSeF, the national e-invoicing system. Foreign buyers receive them as agreed, for example as a PDF.
Offices and virtual offices start with an identity check under the AML Act.
The Royal room for eight looks onto the Royal Castle.
Coffee is unlimited, and the kitchen and chill zone are where coworkers talk.
